If you are located in countries such as Bangladesh, Bolivia, Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, United States (or its territories), or any other countries under UN sanctions, or if local laws prevent you from using our services, you agree not to proceed. Violation of these terms may result in rejection of your transaction instructions and mandatory withdrawal of all crypto assets from our platform.

Moreover, you state, promise, and assure that you will abide by all laws, contracts, intellectual property rights, and respect the rights of third parties, and avoid committing any wrongful acts. You recognize that you are fully accountable for your actions when utilizing the Services.

If you are utilizing the Services on behalf of an entity, you confirm that the entity is properly organized and legally operating under the laws of its jurisdiction and that you have the authority to agree to the Terms of Use on its behalf. Should any technical or manual errors occur, the Service Provider will strive to rectify them, including errors related to transactions and records. You will be notified promptly of any corrections made. If these corrections lead to liability for you, it is your responsibility to cover that liability.

The Service Provider has a zero-tolerance policy for the misuse of its Services for unlawful activities. Users engaging in such behavior will have their access restricted and their activities reported to regulatory authorities. The Service Provider will actively monitor and report any suspicious activities to facilitate investigations and potential prosecution of the user involved.

Using technologies to hide their IP addresses or transaction details is not allowed for users.

Creating or sharing technologies that go against, or could help in breaking, the rules stated here is completely prohibited. This includes technologies created to hide IP addresses or obscure transaction information.

Users are required to provide accurate information to the Service Provider and not misrepresent or mislead in any way. Please be aware that all information may be shared with regulatory or legal authorities, and users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the details given. This information is general and should not be relied upon for any purpose. It is recommended to conduct your own checks and seek professional advice before making trades, investments, or swaps, as the content does not constitute trading or investment advice. The Service Provider offers the content and third-party products based on information obtained from third-party sources, such as token swap functionalities.

Once Virtual Currency (VC) transactions are initiated and processed on the network, they are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed.

The Service Provider is not responsible for fluctuations in market rates that may result in trade transactions being executed at rates different from those indicated on the Services during periods of high volume, illiquidity, fast movement, or volatility in the marketplace for any crypto assets.

The rates supplied via the Services are not to be construed as investment or financial advice, and should not be relied upon for making investment decisions or legal arguments. Users are advised against assuming the accuracy or reliability of the rates information.

The Services operate on an 'execution only' basis, meaning we solely follow your instructions without offering guidance or assisting in mitigating losses. It is recommended that users seek their own financial, legal, taxation, and other professional advice.
